Annie Stephenson, a founding member of our group, has received her Bachelor of Science degree this May. Annie graduated magna cum laude with an honors degree in Physics. Her stellar performance both in research and academically was recognized by the College of Science Dean’s Research Award and the Outstanding Physics Major Award.

Annie also received the prestigious Graduate Research Fellowship from the National Science Foundation. Next Fall, Annie will be attending graduate school at Harvard University in Applied Physics.

The sad side of this story is that Annie will be leaving our lab and she will be enormously missed. We all wish Annie the best luck on her future work and we look forward to see what she will accomplish next!
